Frequently asked questions
When will I get my order?
Because our products are printed to order, each item is made after your order is placed. Most orders are prepared and delivered within 4–5 business days, depending on the product and current order volume.
In rare cases, custom items, large orders, or high-demand periods may take slightly longer. We’ll contact you if there is any delay.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Since our products are printed to order, all sales are considered final once production begins. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect color selection, incorrect size selection, or items that were correctly made according to the order.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging. After reviewing the issue, we will offer a replacement, exchange, store voucher, or another suitable solution depending on the case.
Orders may be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders. No extra delivery fees will be added at checkout.
Are 3D printed products durable?
Yes. Our products are printed using PETG, a strong and durable material that is well-suited for everyday home use.
PETG is water-resistant, impact-resistant, and more flexible than standard PLA, making it a reliable choice for functional items like organizers, holders, trays, and home accessories.
To keep your product in good condition, avoid exposing it to high heat, direct sunlight for long periods, or dishwashers.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and send clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Once we review the issue, we’ll arrange a suitable solution such as a replacement, exchange, or store voucher, depending on the case.
Can the products be exposed to heat or direct sunlight?
Our products are printed using durable PETG, but they should not be exposed to high heat, direct sunlight for long periods, hot surfaces, ovens, dishwashers, boiling water, or left inside a car during hot weather.
To keep your product in the best condition, use it in normal indoor temperatures and avoid placing it near stoves, heaters, windows with strong sunlight, or other heat sources.
